One of the many things found in Monday's general inspection was that the pool needs to be resurfaced, possibly has a leak and the heater is so old and corroded neither inspector would turn it on for fear it would "blow up." So today we had someone come out to give an estimate on bringing the pool up to code. That includes resurfacing, new heater and a ton of other technical things I don't remember. Final total: $13,564. WHAT?!

Gee Rob had a solution to our leak, resurfacing, and new filter and pump! we no longer have a pool!!!!
