The Earth Day celebration at Rainbow Disposal was a huge hit! They had numerous garbage trucks available for kids to sit in.
We also had the opportunity to tour the sorting warehouse and participate in sorting the recyclables, they have 39 different categories.
Our assignment: newspaper.
We took more pictures here than at Disneyland, hehe.

ReplyDeleteYes, he absoutely loved it, as in didn't want to leave and asks everyday since if we could go back. He doesn't understand why they only open to the public once a year.
