Well apparently someone from the bank has been by to bust a big whole in the wall between the kitchen and the living room. This must have been their way of checking that the two mold readings we got were in fact correct. This is way more mold than I was thinking would be in the wall. Wow!
The good news is that our agent, heard from the bank's agent today and they are prepared to foot the bill for remediating the mold, woohoo! This is overwhelming evidence indeed.
