So remember how I was talking about my new Daylily obsession? Well, after I planted the Frankly Scarletts I found two smaller plants, not quite as tall, to add to the very front of the house where the driveway meets the sidewalk. Planted in a triangle shape, the larger in the back at the apex of the triangle and the two smaller in the front.
The description on the pots were "deep red."
They bloomed for the first time today, this is a picture of what they look like...You can imagine my irritation.
Now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that when the other small one blooms it's this same exact color, since nothing else in my garden is this peachy color. *grumble, grumble*
